Join The Collective

OutSmartNYC’s Collective of Bartenders, FOH staff, BOH staff, DJs, Club Promoters, Bouncers, Patrons, Business Owners, Rape Crisis Advocates, and Service Providers meet regularly to brainstorm ways we can collectively build safer, more sex-positive and inclusive nightlife spaces. We offer continuing education, campaign and event planning, and a space to process and listen to folks on the ground about what is happening in the nightlife and service industry. We organize industry events to connect with people and meet regularly to keep eachother up to date on upcoming projects and initiatives. We show appreciation to our community by amplifying and attending their events and we’re always looking for new partners to collaborate with.
